Another AGM done and dusted, this one  for the Persimmpon Industry Council held 20 February at the Emerald Hotel Gisborne.

At NZ Fruits

The following day, the AGM visited the local packhouse, NZ Fruits which packs a widerange of produce, and is NZ’s largest persimmon packhouse.

There was also a visit to the College Vineyards persimmon orchard, to see how persimmons are grown in Gisborne.\

An interesting AGM, with presentations on NZGAP and our new crop protection programme,

followed by an interesting tour around the region.
